Barbara is a Reiki Master and yoga instructor who currently resides on Marco Island. Her goal, her true life's joy and purpose, is to support her community through the practice and teachings of Reiki/Reiki Attunement, Chakra Alignment, Self Care, Meditation and Yoga.  These modalities of self care and healing are a beautiful way to optimize our greatest health which is indeed our greatest wealth!  Wherever Barbara's teachings find her, she arrives creating a comfortable, inviting and restorative space for her students. Her yoga sessions are tailored for all levels of practice with sessions ranging from beginners, power flow, to restorative.
